Beltrun(이하 "서비스")은 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 수집·이용하고 어떻게 보호하는지를 설명합니다.
가. 회원 가입·로그인 (Apple / Google 소셜 로그인)
이메일 주소, 이름(또는 표시 이름), 프로필 사진, 소셜 계정 고유 식별자
나. 서비스 이용 중 생성·입력되는 정보
운동 기록(거리·시간·칼로리·일시), 런닝머신 디스플레이 촬영 사진 및 직접 입력 값, 프로필 사진, 닉네임·연령대·성별(선택), 친구 관계 및 챌린지 참여·순위 정보
다. 자동으로 수집되는 정보
기기 정보, 앱 버전, 이용 로그·이벤트(분석 데이터), 푸시 알림 토큰
라. 건강 데이터 (선택, Apple Health)
이용자가 허용한 경우, 야외 러닝 기록(거리·시간·칼로리·일시)을 읽어와 운동 기록으로 저장·동기화하며, 챌린지·친구 랭킹에 반영됩니다. 공정성을 위해 기기에서 실측된 러닝만 사용하며(건강 앱에 수동 입력된 기록은 제외), 저장·처리는 다른 운동 기록과 동일하게 이뤄집니다.
소셜 로그인 인증, 이용자의 직접 입력 및 사진 촬영, 서비스 이용 과정에서의 자동 수집
회원 식별·로그인 및 서비스 제공, 운동 기록 저장·동기화 및 통계 제공, 친구 랭킹·챌린지 등 소셜 기능 제공, 푸시 알림 발송, 서비스 개선 및 이용 분석
회원 탈퇴 또는 삭제 요청 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 운동 기록은 이용자가 앱에서 직접 삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제 시 클라우드에서도 제거됩니다. 법령상 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 보관 후 파기합니다.
서비스 운영을 위해 아래 사업자의 인프라/도구를 이용하며, 데이터가 해외에 저장·처리될 수 있습니다.

이용자는 언제든지 본인 정보의 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 내에서 운동 기록 삭제, 친구 삭제, 회원 탈퇴(계정·데이터 삭제)가 가능합니다. 건강 데이터·알림 등 동의는 기기 설정 또는 앱에서 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 해당 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 접근 권한 통제 등 합리적인 보호 조치를 적용합니다.
본 방침이 변경될 경우 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.

Beltrun ("the Service") values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
a. Sign-up / Login (Apple / Google social login)
Email address, name (or display name), profile photo, social account identifier
b. Information created or entered while using the Service
Workout records (distance, time, calories, date), photos of treadmill displays and manually entered values, profile photo, nickname / age range / gender (optional), friend connections and challenge participation & ranking data
c. Automatically collected information
Device info, app version, usage logs & events (analytics), push notification token
d. Health data (optional, Apple Health)
With your permission, we read your outdoor running records (distance, time, calories, date) and save them as workout records, which are synced and reflected in challenges and friend rankings. For fairness, only device-measured runs are used (entries manually added in the Health app are excluded); storage and processing follow the same rules as other workout records.
Social login authentication, your direct input and photo capture, and automatic collection during use of the Service.
User identification & login, providing the Service, storing/syncing workout records and statistics, social features (friend ranking, challenges), sending push notifications, and improving the Service through usage analytics.
We delete your data without delay upon account deletion or a deletion request. You can delete workout records directly in the app, which also removes them from the cloud. Where retention is required by law, data is kept for the required period and then deleted.
To operate the Service we use the infrastructure/tools below; data may be stored and processed overseas.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your data at any time. Within the app you can delete workout records, remove friends, and delete your account (account & data deletion). You can withdraw consent (e.g., Health data, notifications) at any time via device settings or the app.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
We apply reasonable safeguards including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls.
If this policy changes, we will notify you via in-app notice or this page.

利用者が許可した場合、屋外ランニングの記録（距離・時間・カロリー・日時）を読み取り、運動記録として保存・同期し、チャレンジや友達ランキングに反映します。公平性のため端末で実測されたランニングのみを使用し（ヘルスアプリに手動入力された記録は除外）、保存・処理は他の運動記録と同様に行われます。
ソーシャルログイン認証、利用者による直接入力および写真撮影、サービス利用過程での自動収集
会員識別・ログインおよびサービス提供、運動記録の保存・同期および統計提供、友達ランキング・チャレンジなどのソーシャル機能の提供、プッシュ通知の送信、サービス改善および利用分析
退会または削除のご要望があった場合、遅滞なく破棄します。運動記録は利用者がアプリ内で直接削除でき、削除するとクラウドからも削除されます。法令上の保存が必要な場合は、当該期間保管した後に破棄します。
サービス運営のため、以下の事業者のインフラ／ツールを利用しており、データが海外に保存・処理される場合があります。

利用者はいつでもご自身の情報の閲覧・訂正・削除・処理停止を請求できます。アプリ内で運動記録の削除、友達の削除、退会（アカウント・データ削除）が可能です。健康データ・通知などの同意は、端末の設定またはアプリ内でいつでも撤回できます。
本サービスは14歳未満の児童を対象とせず、当該児童の個人情報を故意に収集しません。
通信区間の暗号化（HTTPS）、アクセス権限の管理など、合理的な保護措置を適用します。
本ポリシーが変更される場合、アプリ内のお知らせまたは本ページにてお知らせします。
